....focused, and confident, guiding you towards small, sustainable changes that create lasting impact. My work brings together 15 years of experience in wellbeing, coaching, and leadership development, blending evidence-based nutrition with a deep understanding of how our thoughts, habits, and environments affect how we feel.

My wellbeing journey began long before I ever called it that. I grew up in a home where food and health were constant themes, my mum was a fantastic cook and often explored alternative therapies to ease migraines and hormone problems, while my dad faced periods of depression. From an early age, I saw how deeply our lifestyle and mindset shape our wellbeing.
In my twenties, I experienced my own wake-up call. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes at 27. I’d always been active and health-conscious, but years of overwork and stress had taken their toll. That diagnosis completely shifted my perspective. I realised that true health isn’t just about what we eat, it’s about how we think, live, and recover.

By that point, I’d already studied Nutrition, so I understood the science behind food. But I also became fascinated by the psychology of behaviour change. I went on to complete a Master’s in Business Coaching at Sydney Business School, specialising in Positive Psychology, and later trained in NLP and mindfulness. That combination of disciplines transformed not only my own health but also how I now support others.

I believe wellbeing should feel achievable, not overwhelming. My coaching brings together three interconnected pillars:
Mindset:
Building awareness, confidence, and self-compassion using tools from positive psychology and NLP.
Nutrition:
Creating balance through simple, practical food strategies that support blood sugar, hormones, and energy.
Lifestyle:
Making small, consistent changes that work in real life — not just on paper.
These three elements form the foundation of every programme I offer, whether I’m supporting an individual managing fatigue and menopause or helping a leadership team prevent burnout.

Before launching my own practice, I worked within organisations as a Head of Talent and internal coach, helping leaders and teams navigate change. That experience shaped my understanding of how stress, performance, and wellbeing are connected, and how coaching can rebuild both confidence and resilience.
Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked with clients across the UK and internationally, providing:
Leadership Wellbeing Coaching – supporting leaders to prevent or recover from burnout while maintaining authentic performance.
Maternity Coaching – guiding parents before, during, and after maternity leave with confidence and balance.
Team Wellbeing Coaching – helping teams manage transformation and stay connected through change.
Alongside this, I continue to work one-to-one with individuals focusing on blood sugar balance, menopause support, and energy restoration, all grounded in my nutritional therapy background.

My mission is to make holistic wellbeing feel realistic and sustainable. You don’t need a perfect plan or a strict routine, you need tools that fit your life and help you feel more like yourself again.
Whether you’re an individual looking to regain energy or an organisation wanting to nurture healthy, resilient teams, I’m here to help you create the foundations that last.
